A Family plan owner is the person, who buys the Family plan. They Family plan owner is the only one who can:

• add or remove family members
• manage storage and download link traffic for family member accounts

A Family member is the person, who has joined an already existing Family plan. As a family member, you get to take advantage of all Premium features pCloud has to offer. However, if you need more storage or download link traffic, you need to consult with your Family plan owner.
