25. How can I change my Crypto Pass?
From my.pCloud:
- Click your Account avatar and go to Settings > Crypto.
- Select "Change Crypto Pass" and enter your current Crypto Pass.
- You will receive an email with a verification code. Enter the verification code along with your new Crypto Pass.
- Confirm the change and you're all set!
From the mobile app:
- Go to the Settings of the app and open the Crypto folder settings
- Enter your your current Crypto Pass, the new Crypto Pass and a new Hint
- You will receive an email with a verification code. Enter the verification code to confirm the change.
- You're all set!
From pCloud Drive:
- Double-click pCloud Drive to open the Preferences menu
- Go to Settings > Crypto and click Change Crypto Pass
- You will be redirected to my.pCloud, where you can proceed with the change of your Crypto Pass
