You can access and preview your files without a network connection. You simply need to make them available offline:

Locate a file/folder and open the More options menu

Select Make available offline

You can access all files with offline access from the Offline files section in the left menu.

If you want to stop the the offline access, select that particular file/folder and select the Remove offline access option.

By default you can make files available offline only when you are connected to a Wi-Fi network. If you want to use your mobile data, do the following:

Open the Settings from the left menu

Scroll down to the Offline files section

Toggle the Use Mobile Data option ON
