No, pCloud has absolutely no access to your encrypted files. This is part of the client-side encryption we provide. That means that the key for decryption is only available to the user, not the service provider. Being so, make sure you never lose the Crypto Pass you have used to encrypt your files, because pCloud has no way to restore it to you.
