We do not store your Crypto Pass on our servers. If you forget your Crypto Pass, the first thing you need to do is to check your Hint. If the Hint doesn't help, you will need to reset the Crypto Folder in order to gain access to pCloud Encryption again. Follow these steps in order to reset your Crypto folder. For pCloud Business users, here is what you can do to recover your access to the Crypto folder without losing important files:
