There are several ways to sync folders from your computer with pCloud Drive:

Right-click on a local folder and click "Sync to pCloud"
Select a location for this folder in pCloud Drive
Click "Add sync" to confirm

or

Double-click the pCloud icon in the system tray and click "Sync"
Click "Add sync"
Choose a folder from your computer and the location for this folder in pCloud Drive
