8. Why should I verify my e-mail?
In order to use some features of pCloud, like sharing folders or sending public links, you need to verify your email address. Keep in mind that if you're on a Basic plan and you don't verify your email address within 30 days, we won't be able to confirm your pCloud account and it will be scheduled for automatic deletion.

Didn't get the verification email?

Check your spam or junk folder. If the email's not there, add team@pcloud.com to your address book and resend the verification email. If you're still not receiving the email, contact your email service provider to troubleshoot further.
