When you invite other users to a Shared folder via the "Invite to a folder" option, the folder will take space only from your account. For example, let's say that John has invited Jane to a Shared folder. Jane uploads files to this Shared folder. The Shared folder won't take space from Jane's account. It will only take space from John's account.

Fair sharing applies for all pCloud plans.
