41. I have enabled Automatic Upload on my iPhone but some of my photos/videos are missing in my pCloud account. Why is that?
Please check if you have any pending tasks in your pCloud app - it is possible that the Automatic Upload of these files is not completed yet.
Another possible reason is that you have enabled the Optimize Storage function of your device. When this functionality is on, your original photos and videos are kept in your iCloud account and a lower quality copy of the file is left on your iPhone. In that case pCloud can’t access the original file and can’t upload it through Automatic Upload. To solve the issue, simply disable the Optimize Storage function on your iPhone and give it some time to download the originals back to your phone.
